Create an asset baseline
List the protected property or irrigated area, system type, key equipment, controls, previous service date and available drawings or certificates. Mark information that remains unverified.
Compare task and frequency
Ask each provider to state inspections, functional tests, consumables, call-outs and reporting included, plus the standard or manufacturer information used to set frequency.
Plan defects and decisions
Define how urgent defects are communicated, who can authorise extra work, how quotations are approved and what record closes each action.
